we just didn’t have alot of superheros, besides Santos..He was considered quite the GOD..I was mesmerized, on the edge of my seat..Now I see this video and can’t help but laugh,and laugh, and laugh..
I’m not sure if he is actually Mexican, but I like Pedro from Napolean Dynamite too.. ”VOTE FOR PEDRO”.
Now, since we were obviously Mexican superhero impaired, many of us took it upon ourselves to help the world by creating our own..I will send those soon. :)

This is Superman Govinda and his ’Lady’ Kimmy Katkar in the Spiderman getup.
The video is from the film Dariyadil released in 1988. You know that was the time when I was practically smitten by Superhero comics, especially Superman, and hence, this song, however stupid it may appear now, was on my hit list. :-)
And imagine, if the Hollywood directors ever come up with a flick featuring these two superheroes in pair; they will be called as copy cats! India sure beats ’em all!
